A modern Psychospiritual Psychotherapy Diploma

Train live online or in person in London

This is a progressive two year integrative psychotherapy training pathway. Students begin with foundational counselling integrating holistic approaches and develop innate therapeutic presence before moving into deeper psychotherapy, trauma-informed work, body-based methods, transpersonal psychology and deeper spiritual  approaches to transformation.

The training is highly experiential, with regular practice during live weekends with plenty of opportunities to both give and receive the methods taught. In the later stages of the course, students also experience longer-term psychotherapy practice, helping them understand the therapeutic relationship over time rather than only as a set of solution focused techniques.

What Makes This Training Different

An integrative, psychospiritual and trauma-informed approach

The course brings together traditional counselling and psychotherapy skills with spiritual and positive psychology, somatic awareness, trauma-informed practice, coaching tools, clinical hypnotherapy methods and holistic healing approaches.

This rounded and versatile training is designed for a world in which clients increasingly present with complex emotional issues, trauma histories, questions of identity and meaning and an openness to deeper spiritual and transpersonal dimensions of healing.

The aim is not simply to teach techniques but to help students become grounded, ethical, intuitive and effective therapeutic practitioners.
